Peaches

The peach is one of the most popular summer fruits, known for its sweet, juicy flesh and refreshing aroma. Originating from China, there are now over 200 peach varieties and more than 175 nectarine varieties, differing in taste, size, and color.

Nutritional Value

Peaches are rich in:

Carbohydrates, proteins, and dietary fiber
Vitamins C and A
Boron, which supports estrogen levels in postmenopausal women
Potassium, sodium, and calcium
Antioxidants and carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin

With 88% water content, peaches are especially refreshing and ideal for hydration.


	Sorting & Packaging After harvest, the peaches are sorted by size, color, and quality, and packaged in specialized boxes or bags to ensure they reach the consumer fresh, juicy, and safe.
