Cherries

Cherries are one of the most popular spring fruits in the Agia, Larissa region, combining unique flavor, aroma, and nutritional value. The KISSAVOS Cooperative cultivates over 300 tons of cherries annually, offering consumers high-quality, crisp, and naturally sweet fruit.

Our Varieties

Our production includes 10 different cherry varieties, all characterized by their red color, which varies in shade depending on the harvest. These varieties have been selected based on taste, resilience, and commercial value.

Proper harvesting and careful fruit selection ensure that every cherry reaching the consumer is crisp, juicy, and full of aroma.


	Production & Harvesting Our cherry trees are cultivated in organized orchards, with systematic irrigation, protection from weather conditions, and the use of modern agricultural practices. Harvesting is done manually to prevent damage to the fruit and preserve its quality.

Sorting & Packaging

After harvest, the cherries are sorted by size, color, and quality to select the best fruits. They are then packaged in specialized crates or trays to ensure they reach the consumer fresh, safe, and visually perfect. The process is carried out with respect for the product and according to the highest quality standards.
